I came across this site through another sponser. I cried, not only for the many beautiful faces looking at me from the photos but also in joy that Ive found some way to help. Of course I couldnt choose just 1 so I chose 1 boy and 1 girl around my own kids ages 🙂
these kids have stolen my heart and it makes me sad to see and hear what they say and how they look im sorry that all these kids have to go through all this stuff

We just sponsored our FIRST Compassion child this morning at church. I cannot wait to get my children involved in writing to our little boy in Rwanda and sharing the love of Christ with this child. What a blessing this is!!
I am in Ecuador this week and will meet one of my sponsored children. very excited. I love these kids.
I really like this video. Yes, you are so important to your child. Most children if you were to ask them what their greatest desire is, it would be to meet their sponsor one day. Even graduated children will think about this many times. They want to meet their sponsor. You are the biggest hero that is on the planet and your letters are a HUGE deal to them. Prov. 25:25…. As a matter of fact, your child reads your letters many times and will probably read them to out their friends, relatives, you name it. It’s difficult to over estimate how important you are to that child!!!
