bath bucket Clearly, all is not well in this bath bucket! Most of us don’t know what it’s like to bathe in such a manner, but millions of children around the world are truly blessed to have clean water washing over them.

What photo caption can you come up with to describe what this child is thinking?

I see nothing wrong with this picture, I’m sure like any other child he just doesn’t like water in his eyes. like you said there are lots of people on earth that do the same, and I grew up just like that, the bucket was getting smaller and smaller with time :) I don’t know if plastic was shrinking or I was getting bigger :)

All the more reason to sponsor a child today! Our sponsorship of Lucia from Nicaragua has brought us so much joy. If you haven’t yet sponsored a child, please consider doing so in this new year. Although our nation is experiencing an economic crisis and times are tough, we in America have so much more than our brother and sisters in developing nations. God will bless your generosity and He will provide if you step out in faith and make a commitment to bless those who are less fortunate.

I have a painting I did of my daughter at around the same age in the same color bucket only she loved it…we were staying where there was no tub, only a shower and she needed to be clean. I wish there was a way I could upload it. Some kids love the bath, some don’t…

Water in the eyes is the WORST ever! (At least that’s what my little two year old I used to be nanny for seemed to think… Dad needs to learn the hand-shield maneuver.)
