celebrate graduation Last Wednesday’s chapel was a very special chapel at Compassion. Celebrate with us as Tony Beltran, Michelle Tolentino and Richmond Wandera, formerly sponsored children and graduates of our Leadership Development Program, become the first graduates of our scholarship program at Moody Bible Institute.

Their actual graduation is in May but Wednesday was the best time for us to give them a special tribute and send them off with our love and prayers.

You can also view the graduation celebration video on YouTube.

We’ve also created a podcast of our chapel messages, which you can subscribe to via iTunes.

This is wonderful and encouraging, warmest congratulations to Tony Beltran, Michelle Tolentino and Richmond Wandera.

What a GREAT GOD we serve!

Jeremiah 32:27 Behold, I am the Lord, the God of all flesh. Is anything too hard for me?

    Soli Deo Gloria!

Congratulations, Congratulations, and Congratulations! Well in Revelations it says “To him who overcomes I will give the right to eat from the Tree of Life which is the Paradise of God!” Congratulations on overcoming yet another obstacle, maybe take a few weeks off and EAT! 😉

Here is the trailing end of my favorite verse “that is why for Christ’s sake I delight in weaknesses in insults in hardships in persecutions in difficulties, for when I am weak then I am strong.” I have been encouraged greatly by all of you! Gracias, Salamat, and for Richmond “Yesus Atosha” which means “Jesus is enough” I saw on the back of a taxi van in Tanzania I am not sure if that is the same in Ugandan. 😉

Wow!!! Is amazing! I am a sponsor and only 15, and sometimes it’s really easy for me to get discouraged and not look at the big picture. But what the three said encouraged me soo much!!! Thanks you SO much Tony, Michelle, and Richmond! And what Michelle said about hope really spoke to me!

Wow — this was such an encouragement to me in my own brokenness. I admire each one of you for what God is doing in and through you, and give glory to God for your lives and for your sponsors’ faithfulness. I would love to see a transcript of these messages — I wrote out much of what each of you said, but would love to see it in its entirety, if possible. I love you Michelle, Richmond and Tony! We will be praying for you as you return to your countries, well-equipped and serving our great God of wonders and impossibilities!
