Christmas is that time of year when the news media loves to write about the great things you all are doing as sponsors and donors. A recent OC Register article talks about one donor in Southern California who has put a new “spin” on God’s command to be charitable to the poor and needy. He’s driving clunkers and giving what would be a monthly car payment to Compassion. He’s also encouraging others to do the same.
Read the story for yourself, and let me know if you are aware of anyone – maybe even yourself – who has come up with creative ways to give to those who are in need.

I’m doing a promotion myself with webdesign. All of the proceeds till the end of the month will go towards sponsorships for the children that I sponsor.

When the President gave out tax refunds to help the economy, he didn’t specify WHICH COUNTRY’S economy
So I gave my refund to my sponsor child and her family in Ethiopia. And if we get another refund I will do the same thing!

I read the article and this man is a genius..Why drive a brand new car when a perfectly good old car will work? I drive an old 1992 Honda Civic..Most people don’t NEED a brand new car-they just want it.
Imagine how much money he saves on insurence too!
