Thank you Edouard. Que Dieu te benisse!

Does anyone know if the sponsors of those children who have been injured, etc have been contacted yet?

Thank you so much for making this available! We were so sorry to have to miss it on Friday. We are so thankful for the godly dedication and love of the Haiti and the Dominican Republic staff who are there for our dear sponsored children when we cannot be. We are praying for all of you!

I was so moved by this call. I am proud to be part of the Compassion family and the work that you are doing in Haiti. I am impressed by and thankful for this organization. We have been sponsoring a child for 10 years and pray she and her family are alright. Again, thank you for the work you are doing in Haiti. Please let your Haitian staff know that we are praying for them and for all the children and families affected by this quake.

I add my thanks for all that Compassion is doing and trying to do in the wake of the earthquake in Hawaii. I too am praying for my child Fritzner in Haiti, my daughter’s child Stel in Haiti and also the Bourdon CSP I have been involved with, along with all Haitians who have lost family and friends. I know that God has Haiti in the palm of His hands, just as our President Wess Stafford said. God bless you Edouard and all who are in Haiti now doing God’s work the best way you know how. I also ask for blessings upon the people of the Dominican Republic who are acting as good neighbors to Haiti by trying to get as much food and supplies as possible across the border into Haiti.

Please take the time to listen to this. It will inspire you far more than anything else you might choose to do with this 35 minutes of your time. We are all busy but you will not regret spending your minutes in this manner. God bless your time spent in prayer for these people and this organization.

To Compassion International, Wes Stafford, and Edouard Lassegue, I have just finished listening to your Haiti Update Conference Call. As a family who sponsors a child in Haiti I can’t tell you how appreciative and impressed I am with this organization. The philosophy of Compassion International is truly not only written, but enacted in all that you are doing in the wake of this tragedy. Thank you for bringing these updates to all of us as we pray for all of you, as you do this most important work of God. God Bless all that are involved in Compassion International in Haiti, and throughout the world.
    Debbie and Steve Rollins

Edouard, it was so good to hear from you about Haiti. My heart aches to not be there with you all to help. I am very proud in seeing how you’ve responded to the situation at hand; even in the midst of your own pain. I know your heart to minister love and support to the staff and the church and children. Hearing you in this interview reminds me of that. Bless you all. My prayers continue for the team and for everyone. Janice

I thank God that I became a Compassion Sponsor about ten years ago. I also thank God for Everett Swanson and our President Wess Stafford for their heart for little children. My church also loves Compassion and our ministry to the least of these. I love my Compassion children so very much and I’m praying night and day for my little boy Adler in Haiti.
