I will be praying for Zainabu and her precious children and for Martha and her unborn baby. I am so thankful that the Lord is a father to the fatherless and a defender of widows. (Psalm 68:5)

Dear Bro. Ngowi, thank you so much for speaking up for mothers and children in need globally. Indeed, we thank God for Compassion's support to mothers into the Child Survival Program that ultimately reduce the child mortality rate.Let's keep up on ministering to the little ones without ceasing.

I'm so glad Tanzania has the CSP, now. I also remember Dr. Mbennah, and how gracious both he and his wife are.

Sometimes we forget how blessed we are to live in a modern, civilized nation. I simply can't begin to fathom the kind of lives these people lead. Thank heaven there are groups like Compassion around to help!

My heart goes out to Martha...Thank God for Compassions help. How sad that she lost her first two babies!! Even sadder is the cruelty of her village and husbands family. Such people don't understand medicine and the need for medical care. Hopefully Compassion can change this and educate the villagers about childbirth, medicine and such so such cruelty isn't perpetuated for years. :(
Zainabu has had such a hard life-Thank God for Compassions help. I will remember both her and Martha in my prayers. May Our Saviour be Merciful to them.

Thank you, Charles, for giving us a glimpse into the lives of mothers and babies in Tanzania. Interventions at this stage of life have such an exponential impact. I'm so blessed to be able to support such a strategic ministry.

It is such a blessing to hear about Dr. Emmanuel Mbennah and the on-going Compassion ministry in Tanzania. We had the privilege of hearing Dr. Mbennah and his wife share with us at an Advocate's conference, and they had a huge impact on all who attended. The Child Survival Program is also one of the most meaningful and effective ministries of Compassion--since so many babies would not make it to the age of 5 without the local CSP. Thank you for sharing.
