In the second semester of 2009, I was in a first-year Management course at a secular university in New Zealand, where this was taught from a widely-used and respected text published by Wiley Australia. I was surprised and delighted by this emphasis, though I guess it's possible some of my classmates might have been more skeptical of the text's approach.
