    Her parents must be really proud of her.

    Makes me think of a quote I like by Theodore Roosevelent, “Do what you can, with what you have, where you are.” I think so many people sit around waiting for their life circumstances to change before they go out and try to make an impact on the world — they think they need to be older, richer, wiser, 10 pounds thinner, I don’t know…whatever. Why wait? Do what you can, with what you have where you are! I like the way this girl just jumped right in.
