Very, very well written! I’m currently trying to wean myself off of current events but having trouble. I don’t want to be “left behind” or “become ignorant.” I’m doing it slowly, a few less minutes a day.

What marvelous encouraging words to read today!! I was reminded of the sweetness of a child praying as our two year old granddaughter prayed yesterday “Dear Jesus – Thanks for day!” Thank you for sharing – I am so encouraged!

I’ve come to the conclusion, along the way, that when I have a special prayer need, I want children to pray for me! And then I remind myself that we are *all* children, to our Father. And when I read a letter from one of my sponsored children, assuring me of her prayers for me and my family, I feel so small, so lacking in trust. Humbled, yes.
