Each Christian has a testimony of his or her walk with Jesus, in all its ups and downs. Dr. Henry Cloud has written about four stages of spiritual development in a Christian, titled: Me First; The Box; The Desert; and Just Love.
In this chapel message, President and CEO Santiago “Jimmy” Mellado explores these stages through his own walk with Jesus, from his simple faith as a boy through his broken times which have enabled him to reach a point of “just love.”

You can not know how much I needed to hear Jimmy’s testimony this morning. For over a year I have been in that place of hardly being able to walk into a church or participate in worship without the tears pooling. The understanding that this is my heart’s response to “just love, just Jesus” changes shame for the tears to gratitude that I have the privilege to feel Him so deeply.
