Who Do You Hope Wins?

fight-poverty-hope-livesThe stories all of you shared during our first blog contest were encouraging, inspiring and, well . . . everything that Christ is, to all of us.

Thank you for giving us a glimpse into how “hope lives” in your lives — how He lives.

And thank you for participating.

Would you please take some time to read what these three ladies wrote about hope in their lives?

Help us make the hard choice of who gets our non-eternal prize — autographed copies of Party Divas and Hope Lives.

Thank you for voting.

Ugh! Four votes for Juli and four votes for Trena. So, I used the Random Integer Generator to pick a number between one and two.

Well, not actually between one and two. More like either one or two. 🙂

Juli was one, because she got to four votes first.

Trena was two because she got to four votes second.

It was a 50/50 coin flip type of thing.

    And Juli won.

All were beautiful, but I vote for Trena Irwin!

  3. Joyce November 13, 2008

Trena has my vote! Because of how and what she received, she gives. This is my hope for everyone touched by compassion…or Compassion.

I know this won’t be helpful, but I can’t make up my mind. All three are great examples of personal insights, powerful stories, and eloquent reflections, and I enjoyed them very much.

My favorite was Trena’s. Her story encompasses what hope truly is and how God works through it.

  6. Britt November 12, 2008

They were all such great posts! But my favorite was by Trena Irwin. She’s got my vote!

Just for clarification–do we need to email our votes, or just leave them in the form of a comment?
