why can’t we share compassion stuff on facebook anymore
HI Kirah. It’s a Facebook issue. Very frustrating, but all we can do is report it every time they block our content. We hope to see this resolved in 2011! Thanks and have a happy new year. – Darren
How many children received sponsors during 2010? Just curious.
Also, sponsoring a child has been a dream of mine since I was a child and saw the commercials on TV. I’ve always wanted to do this.
It’s not even been a year, but I feel so blessed to have my sponsor daughter, Purity Lauzi. She’s smiling in the latest photo we have of her. In her first one, she was as solemn as it is possible for a girl her age to be. Such a rich blessing.
The ability to sponsor a child is an answer to a prayer I’ve been praying a long time. The Lord blessed me with extra income, praise His name, and I wanted to do more with what He had given me, so sponsoring a child was, for me, the obvious answer. When I see that envelope in the mail, it makes my day.
Also, seeing Compassion’s other ministries is such a blessing, and a challenge, as well.
Thank you, Lord Jesus, for this opportunity, and thank you, Compassion for helping me to find an answer to my prayers! May God continue to bless you!
It’s such a pity we still can”t share it on facebook.
Merry Christmas!
