I just love how Compassion El Salvador is using technology through virtual communication to enhance training, save money, and also keep the staff freed up to work with kids. May God bless the Compassion workers and especially the children in El Salvador! Keep up the great work!
Excellent! The better that staff can be trained and supported in their duties, the more effective they will be, the happier they will be, the less turn-over there will be – everyone wins – especially the kids!
