What is the definition of beautiful? How is beauty defined? Is it just about being good looking, about having a symmetry of features, or about being declared a beauty queen in a pageant? Websters says beauty ‘gives pleasure’. The Learner’s Dictionary says it’s about being ‘very attractive in a physical way.’ Some say beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Others say beauty is only skin deep. We believe beauty goes much deeper than the skin. God has made everything beautiful. And this is God’s definition of beauty.
The definition of beauty: A gentle and quiet spirit.
Don’t be concerned about the outward beauty of fancy hairstyles, expensive jewelry, or beautiful clothes. You should clothe yourselves instead with the beauty that comes from within, the unfading beauty of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is so precious to God. – 1 Peter 3:3-4 (NLT)
The definition of beauty: Compassion.
Therefore, as God’s chosen people, holy and dearly loved, clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience. – Colossians 3:12
The definition of beauty: Just as we are.
I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well. – Psalm 139:14
The definition of beauty: A beautiful heart.
The Lord does not look at the things people look at. People look at the outward appearance, but the Lord looks at the heart. – 1 Samuel 16:7
Beauty is age-defying and God given.
He has made everything beautiful in its time. – Ecclesiastes 3:11
You are more beautiful than you know. And you are so much more than beautiful.
God created human beings in his own image. In the image of God he created them; male and female he created them. – Genesis 1:27

So was your exclusion of even one single Caucasian in your definition of beauty intentional, or purely accidental?
Jared, Compassion International works in developing countries to help release children from spiritual, economic, social and physical poverty. We think all the different skin colors of the world that our Great God created are beautiful and we simply wanted to bring that to light.
So apparently beauty is defined by being anything other than Caucasian. Nice. Now even the Christian organizations are pushing the progressive narrative. You must be proud.
We have to remember that WE are made in Gods image and He is beautiful so WE are all beautiful. I am so proud to be sponsoring a little boy and when I feel down or blue I think of him and I recall how I felt when I first looked at him I picked up the packet and could feel happy I could help him in his situation and HE is made in Gods image beautiful and love ready to give.
