But for the 1.4 billion people in our world living on less than $1.25 a day, food and cooking isn’t entertainment. It’s survival.

    WELL DONE! Chef ‘s “perspiration” dripping on the table kind of makes the point of clean water.
    A tongue-in-cheek way to pursuade people to fight hopelessness.

    I read that unclean water claims more lives than war.
