I love hearing the stories b/c it helps me stay and learn ways to pray and become more involved with Compassion!!!

I Peter 5:7 “Cast all your anxiety on Him because He cares for YOU!!!”

I’m quite a bit older than six and haven’t even scratched the surface of what that little boy did.

    God bless.

The story of the Ecuadorian boy is sad. I love hearing it, though. I first read it in “Too Small to Ignore”.

Wow thank you for sharing this. I am going to link to this on my Saturday Post.

I cried while watching this, surprise surprise. That child accomplished more in his 6 years than many of us have, and I can just imagine him sitting on Jesus’ lap in heaven right now, rejoicing everytime one of his friends becomes a Christian.

I cry every time I hear this story. I pray that my life may have as much of an impact as this little one’s did.

I’m with you Amy, But I cried when lassie came home. This is a powerful message. I know that compassion’s motto is, one child at a time, but this message supports what I’ve said, many times, that one child is just the beginning, many more are affected thru that one child.

@Amy Wallace – I can understand how one would cry while watching this…but I didn’t.

However, I DID cry when you said, “I can just imagine him sitting on Jesus’ lap in heaven right now, rejoicing everytime one of his friends becomes a Christian.”

    What a wonderful image!!!

I love this part: “What are we going to do? We’re going to stay faithful to that call…” Thank you so much for this.
